How does FREE local pickup work?

How Does Porch Pickup Work?

We offer FREE local porch pickup in Crystal Lake, IL, located on the south end of Crystal Lake, just on the border of Huntley and Lake in the Hills.

Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an email notification letting you know your order is ready for pickup. That email will include porch pickup instructions along with our available pickup hours.

Please do not come to pick up your order until you have received the “ready for pickup” email. This ensures your order is fully completed and ready for you.

Gilberts Pickup Option

If you’re located in the Hampshire/Gilberts area, we also offer pickup at Cruisin’ Bar & Eatery in Gilberts.

Simply request Gilberts pickup in the Notes section at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Returns Policy

Because all of our shirts are made to order, we only accept returns for defective items.

To be eligible for a return, an email must be sent to info@shopkimberlu.com within 3 days of:


  • receiving your order via shipping, or

  • being notified that your order is ready for pickup.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Returns that do not meet these guidelines will not be accepted.

Please note:


  • We do not offer exchanges.

  • Approved returns are for defects only, not sizing or preference issues.

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
