What makes Kimberlu Designs unique?

Kimberlu Designs is a mama owned business offering a constant changing inventory of trendy designs!

We use high quality screen printed designs instead of the typical vinyl and sublimation a lot of your local t-shirt makers use.

Keep in mind, all of our designs are limited and will not be restocked once sold out!

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

Kimberlu Designs ships to all 50 states. We currently do not offer International shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Our current turnaround time is 7-9 days, not including weekends or holidays. But your order could ship or be ready for pickup sooner!

How does FREE local pickup work?

We offer free local pickup in Crystal Lake, IL! Once your order is done, you will be notified via email with porch pickup instructions along with our pickup hours!

PLEASE do not come to pickup your order unless you have received an email from us that it is ready.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Since our shirts are made to order, we only accept returns for defective items. An email must be sent to info@shopkimberlu.com notifying us within 3 days of either receiving your item via shipping, or 3 days after you have been notified your order is ready for pickup. Item must be returned unworn/unused, with tags and in it's original packaging. Returns not following these guidelines will not be accepted.

We do not offer exchanges.
